BRAHMAPUTRA INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (BIRD), a public charitable trust established in 2016, envisions a series of initiatives and interventions for inclusive social transformation through research, dialogues and interface with communities at the grassroots.
